How do you ensure plants stay safe during transit?
We use specialized, breathable corrugated packaging and secure potting techniques to ensure your plants arrive healthy and intact. Each order is handled with care to minimize movement during shipping.
What is your return policy for home decor and garden tools?
We offer a 7-day return policy for all non-living items. If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact our support team with photos within 48 hours of delivery for a replacement or refund.
Do you provide guidance on how to care for my new plants?
Yes! Every plant purchase includes a digital care guide tailored to that specific species, covering sunlight requirements, watering schedules, and soil preferences.
How long does it take for my order to be delivered?
Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days. Depending on your location, delivery usually takes 5-7 business days. You will receive a tracking link via email once your package is dispatched.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, UPI, net banking, and popular mobile wallets. Cash on Delivery (COD) is also available for select pin codes.
Can I cancel my order after it has been placed?
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided they have not yet been dispatched. Once a plant or product is in transit, we are unable to process cancellations.
