At myBageecha, we strive to ensure your green spaces flourish, but if you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free 7-day return policy for non-living items. Please note that live plants are fragile and are covered by our transit-damage replacement guarantee instead of standard returns.

Return Process

    Initiate Request

    Visit our returns portal or email our support team within 7 days of delivery with your order ID and photos of the items you wish to return.

    Quality Inspection

    Once your request is approved, ensure the product is in its original packaging; for damaged plants, provide clear photos of the foliage and pot within 24 hours of receipt.

  • 3.
    Reverse Pickup

    We will arrange a reverse pickup through our logistics partners at a convenient time, or provide instructions for self-shipping if your pincode is not serviceable.

  • 4.
    Refund Processing

    After the item reaches our warehouse and passes quality checks, your refund or store credit will be processed within 5-7 business days.
