Euphorbiaceae

Description

Euphorbia x japonica, is a dwarf interesting hybrid involving Euphorbia susannae and Euphorbia bupleurifolia. It’s comprised of lightly-leaved branches growing from a central caudex, or bulbous root system. As the top of the plant grows, the caudex beneath it becomes a hardened brown stalk. .

These plants produce small yellow-green flowers during the spring and summer time. Potted plants and plants grown indoors may not flower.
